Delivery & Warehouse Pick up Information
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
*Regular Delivery/Pickup Hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM, Sat 9AM-2PM.
*Deliveries & Pickups have a 3-hour window timeframe.
*We have a Minimum Delivery Fee.
Fees will be calculated based on distance, floor level & quantity of items for delivery.
*After Regular delivery Hours the fee varies.
*Set-up/Strike Fee is not part of the delivery , please let us know if you need the services.
*Our crew members are NOT allowed to move or load any furniture that is not the property of the Company.

IMPORTANT WAREHOUSE PICK UP INFORMATION
We allowed "some" rentals items for Pick up in our Warehouse location-However some restrictions apply.
*No Pickup Trucks or Open Trailers will be allowed for pick ups.
*Required - Helpers to Load Truck
DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS INFORMATION
A replacement cost fee will be calculated on cost price of the missing/damage item plus 25% for handling fee.
Please make sure you check your delivery upon arrival and departure, we have up to 5 business days to revise the product after pick up and after 10 days for Linens damaged.
All our products are being inspected prior to delivery or Warehouse pick up.
*Refundable Credit Card Deposit form is Required on all orders*
